This document is a public offer by ИП Сёмин Назар Анатольевич (the "Seller") and sets out all material terms of the distance retail sales contract for goods and digital content (Art. 437, 494, 497 of the Russian Civil Code; Distance Sale Rules approved by Government Decree No. 2463 dated 27 September 2019).
1. Definitions

- Site: https://furion.gg.
- Buyer: an adult natural person or a legal entity accepting this offer.
- Goods: software products, licence keys, digital content listed on the Site.
2. Subject
The Seller shall deliver the Goods and the Buyer shall accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer.
3. Acceptance
Placing and paying for an Order constitutes acceptance of this offer. Upon payment, the contract is concluded on the terms set out herein.
4. Price and payment
Prices are displayed on the Site in RUB or USD and include all applicable taxes. Payment is cashless, through gateways registered with the Bank of Russia. Pursuant to FZ-54, an electronic cashier receipt is sent to the Buyer's e-mail after payment.
5. Delivery
Digital Goods (licence keys, download links) are delivered to the personal account and/or the e-mail provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment. If delivery is technically impossible within that period, the Buyer may request a refund.
6. Rights and obligations
The Seller warrants quality and complete information about the Goods (Art. 10 of FZ-2300-1) and responds to claims within 10 days. The Buyer provides accurate data, pays for the Goods and observes the end-user licence agreement.
7. Returns and refunds
Governed by FZ-2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection". Full terms: Returns & Refunds. Digital Goods of proper quality are non-refundable once the licence key has been successfully delivered (item 14 of the List approved by Government Decree No. 2463).
8. Liability and disputes
Liability is governed by Russian law. A pre-claim procedure is mandatory with a 10-day response period. Disputes are resolved in a court at the Buyer's location or another venue permitted by FZ-2300-1.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
