Privacy Policy

  • consent of the data subject (Art. 6 § 1 cl. 1, Art. 9 of FZ-152);
  • performance of a contract (Art. 6 § 1 cl. 5);
  • compliance with statutory obligations (Art. 6 § 1 cl. 2);
  • legitimate interests of the Operator (Art. 6 § 1 cl. 7).

5. Localisation

Under Art. 18 § 5 of FZ-152, collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, update and retrieval of personal data of Russian citizens are performed using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

6. Third parties

Data may be transferred to payment gateways, delivery services, OFD operators and cloud providers located in Russia. No cross-border transfer takes place.

7. Retention

Data is stored for as long as needed to achieve the purposes of processing or until consent is withdrawn, subject to statutory retention periods (e.g. 5 years for accounting records under Art. 23 of the Tax Code).

8. Data subject rights

Users may request access, rectification, blocking or deletion of their data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@furion.gg. We respond within 10 business days. Complaints can be lodged with Roskomnadzor or a competent court.

9. Security

  • appointment of a data protection officer;
  • legal, organisational and technical measures (Art. 18.1 and 19 of FZ-152);
  • TLS encryption in transit;
  • role-based access controls;
  • regular backups and integrity checks;
  • Roskomnadzor incident notification within 24/72 hours.

10. Changes

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at https://furion.gg/legal/privacy-policy.
