Returns are governed by Law No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection" (FZ-2300-1), the Russian Civil Code and the Distance Sale Rules (Government Decree No. 2463).
1. Goods of proper quality
The Buyer may cancel a non-food item bought at a distance at any time before delivery and within 7 days after receipt (Art. 26.1 of FZ-2300-1). If written information about the return procedure was not provided at delivery, the term is extended to 3 months.
Digital goods exception. Computer programs and digital content of proper quality whose licence key has been successfully delivered are non-refundable (item 14 of the List, Government Decree No. 2463).
2. Defective goods
Under Art. 18 of FZ-2300-1, the Buyer may demand replacement, a price reduction, free repair, or a refund. A claim is processed within 10 days (Art. 22). Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 days.
3. Return procedure
- Send a return request to support@furion.gg with the order number, reason, and payment details for the refund.
- The Seller reviews the request and confirms or asks for clarification.
- Upon approval, the refund is processed within the statutory period.
4. Pre-claim procedure
Before going to court, the Buyer submits a written claim to the Seller. The Seller responds within 10 days. The Buyer may also contact Rospotrebnadzor or file a lawsuit at their place of residence.
